Horrible experience on the phone with the office. Long wait times, completely not helpful. The woman who answered the phone said they accept my insurance but didn't know if my insurance would cover any of the visit and that it was up to me to figure out. The delivery in which she said this was vapid and unkind. She also didn't seem to care about me as a patient at all or have any compassion /didn't ask me a single question to help me but rather said "sorry all doctors are booked" without offering any alternative. Terrible experience and I will not be using these doctors.
