I saw Dr Putnam at this office for issues I had been having with my ears while scuba diving. She was very thorough with her exam and took the time to explain everything to me even showing me pictures of my issue.  I'm a nurse so I do understand healthcare lingo but remembering the anatomy of the ear is not something I had reviewed in a while. She discussed the options with me talking about the pros and cons of all of them. I never felt like she was rushing me out to see her next patient which seems to be a quality that is harder and harder to find in doctors nowadays with their increased patient loads. Thank you Dr Putnam for all your information. I hope your advice works 🙂
